We are a team of food industry professionals working alongside best-in-class ingredient manufacturers. We were founded in 2003 and remain privately owned.
Ingredients include potato starch, modified potato starch, maize starch and modified maize starch, proteins, fibres, malt extracts, yeast extracts, flours and gums.
We specialise in texture, stabilisation, emulsification and ingredient rationalisation from non-animal derived natural food sources.
Our customers are primarily based in the UK and Ireland. We hold distribution partnerships and strategic agreements with a number of key food ingredient manufacturers.
All ingredients are sold in their originating manufacturers packaging against the originating manufacturers Product Specification.
We do not blend, blackbox or disguise our supply chain.
Transparency is fundamental in our business ethos.
Daymer Ingredients Limited holds the BRCGS Global Standard for Agents and Brokers achieving a AA Grade certification for three consecutive years.
