Starches

We are partnered with KMC in Denmark for Potato Starches, Omnia in Romania for Waxy Maize Starches and SMS in Thailand for Tapioca Starches.

Our range includes native starches, clean label functional starches and modified starches for a variety of hot and cold process food applications.


Fibres

Oat fibre water binding, bamboo fibres for nutritional enrichment and texture through to potato fibres for bulking and pulpiness – we even have wheat fibres for strengthening crackers and dried foods


Proteins

Daymer offer a range of alternative, non-animal derived proteins for nutritional and functional applications.

Source material includes potato, yeast, fava bean and sunflower proteins.


Malt Ingredients

Daymer are partnered with Senson Oy from Finland to distribute their best-in-class malt extracts in dry powder and liquid format. The range varies from light to dark colours and can be used in beverages, baking and general culinary applications.


Yeast Extracts

We offer yeast extracts primarily from bakers yeast for taste improvements and savoury base notes.

Noted for their clean label umami and kokumi properties, yeast is a sustainable alternative to animal based flavours and artificial flavour enhancers.

They can also be used in salt reduction projects.


Gums

We offer Cassia Gum, LBG, Xanthan Gum and methylcellulose for a variety of culinary applications. All product is sourced via our BRCGS Agents and Brokers quality assurance standard.
