The Senson Umami Dry Bean is a plant-based powder extract made from germinated faba bean. It has high level of hydrolysed amino acids with taste-enrichment properties. It contains no colouring and no additives associated with ultra-processing like Monosodium Glutamate. It is also yeast free.
