Just like the Senson Umami Liquid Bean, the Dry Bean is a 100% natural, plant-based extract made from pure faba beans.

Faba beans brings added nutritional benefits naturally and sustainably – less added salt, gluten-free, GMO-free… however extending this product range into a dry extract also increases its shelf life and makes application in food simple.

The Senson Umami Dry Bean is a plant-based powder extract made from germinated faba bean. It has high level of hydrolysed amino acids with taste-enrichment properties. It contains no colouring and no additives associated with ultra-processing like Monosodium Glutamate. It is also yeast free.
